Advantage of the bamboo fabric quality
Bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber extracted from naturally grown bamboo. Bamboo fiber has the characteristics of good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance and good dyeing properties, and has natural antibacterial, antibacterial, mite removal, deodorant and anti-ultraviolet functions.
The chemical components of bamboo fibrils are mainly cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, all of which belong to high polysaccharides, and the total amount accounts for more than 90% of the dry mass of the fiber, followed by protein, fat, pectin, tannin, pigment, Ash, etc., most of which exist in the intracellular cavity or special organelles, directly or indirectly participate in their physiological functions.
Cellulose is the main substance that composes bamboo fibril cells, and it is also the significance of it as a textile fiber. Due to the difference of bamboo age, its cellulose content is also different, such as 75% of Phyllostachys edulis, 66% of 1-year-old and 58% of 3-year-old. The hemicellulose content in bamboo fiber is generally 14% to 25%, and the average content of moso bamboo is about 22.7%, and with the increase of bamboo age, its content also decreases, such as 24.9% in 2-year-old bamboo, 23.6% of 4-year students.

A: Usually 2-5 working days; For our stock products, it is free but with freight fee charged. Make sample according to your request, it depends, but sample fees could be refunded when mass order was put.
2.Q: How to confirm the style of the garments?
A:We could make samples first according to your tech packs or your original samples or even a picture.
3.Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Generally our MOQ is 3k pcs per order, 1k pcs per color and 500 pcs per style. If you could use our stock fabric, our MOQ can be 300 pcs per order, 100 pcs per color and 50 pcs per style, not less than 20pcs per size per style per color.
4.Q: How to know the price?
A: Price is the most concerning problem of every customer. If you want to know the price, you need the know the following details: style of the clothes, accessories of garments, printing method, embroidery, pattern, fabric of garments weight ect. These are the main factors to decide the price. The more you order the lower unit price you will get!
5:Q:What is your package?
A:Package: One PC in one poly bag, 12-150 PCS in one master CTN; We could do any other packaging as per your request.
6.Q:What is your delivery time? And shipping port?
A: Our lead time is 2.5 months generally after deposit and everything is confirmed.

7.Q:What are your payment terms?
