2. Q: How can i get a sample from you to check the quality ?
A: You can email us your designs and requirements in detail,we’ll make quality sample as per your specification. or you can send us your original sample, we’ll make a counter sample for you timely.
3. Q: What about your delivery time ? Can we receive goods on time ?
A: The general delivery time is 3-5 working days for sample make, 15-25 working days for bulk production. We never delay any orders so far.
4. Q: How to place order ?
A: Choose a design – Confirm price – Make sample for confirm and quality check – Place bulk order – Pay deposit – Confirm PP sample – Bulk production – Balance payment – Arrange Shipment.
5. Q: I want to know more about your products.
A: Pls email us your order specifications,You can choose styles from our website, or send us your pics of design, or send us your original sample,and advise us your order quantity, we’ll offer your very favorable bulk unit price to start.
6. Q: What’s your MOQ ?
A: The general MOQ is 200 pcs per style, one color, mixed size. In order to surport your business,we may accept small quantity 100-200 pcs per design for some styles for the first trial order.
7. Q: How much to make a sample ? Can sample fee be free or return ?
A: The general sample fee is 50USD-150USD/pcs. Sample fee would be different from styles and fabric. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order amount when your order quantity reach to 200 pcs per style.
